Dr. Eddie Al Halasa
DDS, MSD
Diplomate of American Board of Endodontics
Dr. Eddie Halasa attended Jordan University of Science and Technology, where he earned his Bachelor’s of Dental Surgery and Science in 2000. After receiving his Doctor of Dental Surgery, he moved to San Diego, where he spent four years practicing cosmetic dentistry in a private practice setting. In 2006, Dr. Halasa advanced his training by completing a General Practice Residency at a Level 1 trauma center at MetroHealth Hospital in Cleveland, OH, where he gained extensive experience treating medically compromised patients and patients with special needs in an operating room environment under general anesthesia.
His passion for specialized care led him to Case Western Reserve University, where he pursued his postgraduate education in Endodontics. Dr. Halasa earned both his Endodontic Certificate and a Master’s in Science, conducting research on the use of Cone Beam CT (CBCT) technology in endodontic diagnosis and therapy. He also served as Chief Resident, a role that recognized his leadership, clinical excellence, and dedication to the specialty.
Dr. Halasa is Board Certified in Endodontics and maintains two private practices limited exclusively to endodontic care in Rancho Mirage and Palm Springs, CA. Driven by precision, compassion, and a commitment to preserving natural teeth whenever possible, Dr. Halasa is proud to serve the Coachella Valley with the highest level of specialty endodontic care.

Dr. Rita J. Hung
DMD, MPD, MSD
Dr. Rita Hung is an experienced endodontist proudly serving the Rancho Mirage, Palm Springs, and greater Coachella Valley communities with a calm, gentle approach and advanced clinical expertise.
Dr. Hung earned her Bachelor’s of Science from the University of California, San Diego, followed by her Doctor of Dental Medicine and Master’s of Public Health from A.T. Still University’s Arizona School of Dentistry & Oral Health. During her dental training, Dr. Hung gained experience caring for medically complex patients, individuals with special needs, and patients requiring treatment under sedation, expanding her ability to provide inclusive care for diverse patient populations.
She went on to complete her Certificate in Endodontics and Master’s of Science in Dentistry at Loma Linda University, where she refined her expertise in root canal therapy, microsurgery, and diagnostic evaluation using modern technologies such as the operating microscope and CBCT imaging.
Beyond the clinic, Dr. Hung has shared her skills on humanitarian dental missions in Cambodia, Tanzania, and the Dominican Republic — experiences that shaped her philosophy of delivering compassionate whole person care.

Dr. Mattison Donaldson
DDS
Dr. Mattie grew up in Redlands, CA and attended the University of Southern California for college, dental school and Endodontic residency. Dr. Mattie has received multiple awards including the Dean’s List, Cum Laude and the Thor award. Outside the office, Dr. Mattie loves spending time with her parents, grandparents, siblings and standard poodle. She also enjoys skiing in the winter and stained-glass arts. She is passionate about healthy living and promoting active lifestyles. Dr. Mattie feels very fortunate to provide quality endodontic care for our community.
